TL;DR
I’m not a huge fan of sports metaphors for work; they’re not the same thing. (Although sports metaphors are better than war metaphors!)
However, this book has some interesting insights:
- Do the little things to perfection, the big things work out
- Practise, practise, practise
- Have everyone commit to a Standard of Performance across the organization
- Take time to celebrate the wins. When winning is the only thing, eventually any loss will feel like total failure, and that’s just not the case.
