Samples for Scimatic Software
Portfolio ·One of the best things about working at Scimatic was creating our own product, Samples.
Samples is a light-weight sample management application that tracks labs’ samples that are held in racks of test tubes. Not only can we track location of each test tube, but also the racks’ location, as well as custom metadata about each sample within a tube.
Furthermore, Samples integrated directly with the 2D barcode scanners from Ziath, allowing easy importing of racks and tubes for a lab.
Samples is a .NET WPF application, and it can use SQLite, PostgreSQL, Oracle or SqlServer as its backend datastore.
